This is the control software supplied for the Nanosurf CoreAFM, presented as a single intuitive platform for setting up and running measurements. Cantilever selection drives an automatic frequency sweep before approach, so no manual tuning parameters have to be entered. Measuring tools let you work directly on the acquired image to determine angles, the distance between two points or two parallel lines, and feature heights.
