The MZ40 Z stage handles precise vertical movement of large and heavy samples, with a load capacity of up to 25 kg and encoded step sizes down to 100 nm. Nanosurf lists it as compatible with the DriveAFM, FlexAFM and CoreAFM, integrating with the Environmental Option, and it is referenced by the Scanning Microwave Microscopy and Scanning Spreading Resistance Microscopy options.
