The PS-100 is a tabletop cryogenic probe station for electrical measurements on samples held at a controlled temperature. A 2-stage flow cryostat cooled by liquid helium or liquid nitrogen gives a base temperature of 4.3 K. It ships as a standard, fully specified configuration for device and materials testing.
This version of the cylindrical probe is prepared for vacuum service. It is unanodised, blind holes are removed where possible, connections are crimped rather than soldered and a ruby ball is used for the insulation pad.
The TTPX is an entry-level cryogenic probe station for non-destructive electrical measurements on devices and materials. A 2-stage flow cryostat cooled by liquid helium or liquid nitrogen takes the sample stage to a base temperature of 4.3 K, with control up to 475 K. It accepts up to six probe arms.
