A linear current amplifier for the DriveAFM with three switchable gain stages, covering plus or minus 0.5 mA down to plus or minus 50 nA. It suits conductive AFM where the current range varies between samples, and offers external or scan head grounding.
A temperature controller for Nanosurf sample holders with variable temperature. It reads two sensors, a PT100 for control and an NTC for monitoring, and drives both resistive and Peltier based heating elements.
A sample holder and controller that apply a variable magnetic field during measurement, used mainly for magnetic force microscopy. The in-plane field reaches about 780 mT at a 2 mm gap, and the field can be stepped in increments of 0.001 mT.
