VGE-7031 insulating varnish and adhesive is used to bond and anchor sensors and wire at cryogenic temperatures. It is rated to 423 K, has a dry dielectric strength of 118 kV/mm and a volume resistivity above 1 x 10^15 ohm metres. It dries tack-free in 5 to 10 minutes at 298 K.
